You can’t say NO:
Saying “yes” happens almost without conscious thought. Imagine this scenario: Someone approaches you at the parent-teacher meeting and asks if you can handle something, like running the bake sale or planning the end of year sport’s day. Your mind is screaming “no” but what comes out of your mouth is a polite, “Yes, I would love to!” That’s right you’d rather be a people pleaser .

You neglect your own health:
When you have too much on your plate, you can start to push those little aches and pains to the back of your mind. After all, that’s what ibuprofen is for, right? You know you’re stressed out, so that’s not news. You might have already accepted the idea that your body is rebelling against what is happening around you. And that’s when you can get into serious trouble with your health!
Doing it alone in a ‘super mum’ style:
For the longest time you have relied on only yourself to make it all work. You’ve become the go-to woman, the one who has it all under control, the one who can make magic happen. Over time, you have become so good at being Super-mum that others have stopped offering to help – why would they, when you can handle it all yourself?
But…
A mothers journey should not be & need not be a GUILT trip.
